Sammy's Big School Adventure!

Once upon a bright morning, Sammy bounced out of bed! Today was his first day of school, and he couldn't wait to ride the big yellow bus. He imagined all the new friends he would make and all the fun things he would learn.

With his backpack shining and a smile bubbling, Sammy waved goodbye to his family. "Have a wonderful day, sweetie!" his Mom called. "Be brave!" his Dad added with a wink. Sammy felt a little flutter of excitement in his tummy.

At the bus stop, Sammy spotted his friends—Maya with her sparkly red backpack and Leo with a super silly hat that looked like a friendly monster. "Hi, Sammy!" they shouted, giggling. Sammy felt much braver with his friends by his side.

Suddenly, a big yellow bus roared around the corner, like a friendly, giant dragon! Its big doors opened with a hiss. Sammy, Maya, and Leo climbed aboard, their hearts racing with joy and a little bit of wonder.

As the bus rolled along, Sammy watched the world zoom by. Houses, green parks, and even furry dogs playing in yards whizzed past his window. Everything looked different from the bus, bigger and faster!

When they reached school, a big, colorful building with a tall flagpole, Sammy felt a burst of bravery. He took a deep breath. "Here we go!" he whispered to himself, ready for his big adventure to truly begin.

Inside, a kind lady with a warm smile greeted them. "Welcome, everyone! I'm Ms. Lily, your teacher," she said. Sammy felt a little shy but smiled back. Ms. Lily's classroom was bright and filled with colorful drawings.

Ms. Lily showed them where to put their backpacks and then invited everyone to sit at small tables. "Today, we'll draw our favorite animals!" she announced. Sammy picked up a crayon, excited to draw a brave lion.

Maya drew a rainbow-colored unicorn, and Leo drew a funny, wobbly dinosaur. Sammy looked around and saw other children drawing all sorts of wonderful creatures. He felt happy to be surrounded by so many new friends.

Soon, it was time to go home. Sammy boarded the bus again, feeling tired but full of happy memories. His first day of school was a big adventure, and he couldn't wait for tomorrow!
