Squeaky Shoes and Giggles in the Park

Nina wiggled her toes. "Squeak, squeak!" went her bright red shoes. She giggled, a happy sound like tiny bells.

"Park time!" called a voice. It was Leo, Nina’s cousin, ready for adventure! Ami, their fluffy puppy, wagged her tail so fast it looked like a blur.

Off they went, to the vibrant park! Every step Nina took went "Squeak, squeak!" Ami barked, "Woof, woof!" at a friendly squirrel.

They found a patch of colorful flowers. Nina reached out a tiny finger. "Soft, soft!" she cooed, touching a velvety petal.

Leo pointed to a bright yellow one. "Blume!" he said, which means 'flower' in German. "Fleur!" Nina echoed, learning the French word.

Ami, ever playful, spotted a fluttery butterfly. "Woof, woof!" she barked, playfully chasing it through the tall, green grass.

But then, a little frown appeared on Leo’s face. His favorite toy car, shiny and blue, was stuck deep under a thorny bush!

Nina saw Leo’s sad face. Her own smile softened. She understood he needed help. "Oh-oh," she murmured, her squeaky shoes silent for a moment.

Together, they carefully wiggled and pulled. Ami nudged the car with her nose. Slowly, slowly, the toy car came free!

"Yay!" shouted Leo, hugging his car. Nina clapped her hands, her shoes going "Squeak, squeak, squeak!" Giggles filled the sunny park once more.
