Leo was a curious boy with a bright smile, but sometimes, a funny feeling would start in his tummy. He called them his "worry wobbles." They felt like little butterflies fluttering around, making him feel a bit squiggly inside.
One day, the worry wobbles felt bigger than ever. Tomorrow was the school play, and Leo had a special part! He had to say a long line, all by himself, in front of everyone. Just thinking about it made the wobbles do a super-fast dance.
Leo wandered to the park, feeling a bit droopy. He sat on a bench, kicking at a loose pebble. Soon, a kind older woman named Elara sat beside him. She had a warm smile and gentle eyes. "Is everything alright, little friend?" she asked softly.
Leo mumbled about his worry wobbles. Elara nodded. "Ah, worry wobbles! Everyone gets them sometimes," she said. "But I know a secret. We can turn those wobbles into calm clouds!" She took a slow, deep breath in, then let it out slowly. "Imagine you're breathing in a calm cloud, and breathing out the wobbles."
Leo watched her. "A calm cloud?" he asked. Elara nodded. "Try it with me," she encouraged. Leo took a big breath in, imagining a soft, fluffy cloud filling his tummy. Then, he slowly let it out, feeling a tiny bit of the squiggly feeling float away. He tried it again, and again.
The next day, Leo faced a small worry wobble at dinner. His mom put a new, green vegetable on his plate. He wasn't sure he wanted to try it! But then, he remembered Elara's calm clouds. He took three slow breaths, and suddenly, trying the new vegetable didn't seem so scary. He took a bite, and it was actually quite yummy!
Finally, it was the day of the school play. Backstage, the worry wobbles returned, bigger than ever! Leo’s heart thumped. He looked at his costume, then at the curtain. His big line was coming up soon.
Then, he remembered Elara and her calm clouds. He closed his eyes and took a deep, slow breath. *In goes the calm cloud*, he thought. *Out goes the worry wobble.* He took another. And another. Each breath made him feel a little bit stronger, a little bit braver.
When it was his turn, Leo walked onto the stage. He looked out at all the faces, took one last calm cloud breath, and then, he said his long line clearly and bravely! The audience clapped, and a big smile spread across Leo's face.
After the play, Leo found Elara in the audience. "It worked!" he cheered, giving her a big hug. Elara smiled. "I knew it would, Leo. You are very brave! And now you know, whenever worry wobbles try to visit, you have your calm clouds to help them float away."
