Winter was long, and everything was quiet. Elara looked out her window and saw only white snow.
But then, drip, drip, drip! The sun peeked out, and the snow began to melt. Little puddles appeared.
Soon, tiny green tips poked up from the brown earth. "Hello, little sprouts!" Elara whispered.
The trees looked different too. Small, round buds swelled on the branches, ready to burst open.
One morning, Elara saw a flash of red! A robin, back from its long journey, sang a happy song.
And look! A little squirrel named Pip scampered out from its cozy nest, ready to play.
Then, pop! A yellow daffodil opened its petals, like a little sun on a stem.
More and more flowers bloomed – purple crocuses, pink tulips, and blue hyacinths. The garden was a rainbow!
The air smelled fresh and sweet. Bees buzzed, and butterflies fluttered. Spring was truly here!
Elara knew that spring meant new beginnings, new growth, and lots of happy outdoor adventures!
