Every Saturday, Mia and her little brother Leo visit Grandma.
Today, Grandma has a special story to share. 'My stories are like treasures,' she says, 'filled with lessons and love.'
As Grandma opens the book, she tells them about a time when she felt scared.
'I learned to be brave by talking about my feelings with my friends,' she explains. 'Talking helps us feel lighter!'
Mia remembers a time she felt nervous about her school play. 'Just like Grandma, I told Mom how I felt,' she shares.
'Then I practiced with Dad, and it made me feel better!'
Leo listens closely. 'What if someone feels sad?' he asks.
Grandma smiles, 'It's okay to feel sad. I always ask a friend for a hug or a listening ear. We help each other heal!'
After the stories, Mia and Leo create their own storybook filled with their feelings and adventures.
'Let’s share it with Mom and Dad!' they say.
Together, they learn and grow!
