Once upon a time, a little bunny named Sam was starting school. He loved learning new things and playing with his friends. But there was one thing making his whiskers twitch: a doctor's check-up before school began!

Sam told his mom, Willow, about his wobbly tummy. “Don’t worry, Sam!” said his mom, holding his paw gently. “The doctor is super friendly and helps us stay strong and healthy for all our adventures!”

The next morning, they hopped to the doctor's office. It smelled a little different, but it felt cozy. Sam saw other little animals playing with toys in the waiting room.

Soon, a kind voice called, “Sam!” A friendly badger, Dr. Whiskers, smiled warmly. “Hello, Sam! Are you ready for your big school adventure?”

First, Dr. Whiskers measured Sam’s height against a colorful chart. “Wow, you’re growing so tall!” she chirped. Then, Sam hopped onto a big scale. “And just the right weight for a busy bunny!”

Next, Dr. Whiskers took out a shiny stethoscope. “Let’s listen to that brave little heart of yours!” she said, placing the cool disc on his chest. Thump-thump, thump-thump went Sam’s heart, strong and steady.

“Now, open wide and say ‘Ahh!’” Dr. Whiskers gently used a small, flat stick to look at Sam’s throat. It tickled a little, and Sam let out a tiny giggle.

Dr. Whiskers tapped Sam’s knee with a little hammer, making his leg kick out all by itself! She checked his ears and eyes, too, making sure everything was working perfectly for school.

“Excellent, Sam!” Dr. Whiskers announced with a big smile. “You are super healthy and ready for all the fun and learning at school!” Sam felt a warm flutter in his chest, not from nerves, but from pride.

Sam thanked Dr. Whiskers and hopped out of the office, holding his mom’s paw. He wasn't nervous anymore. He knew that doctors were kind helpers who made sure everyone stayed brave and healthy for all their big adventures! Sam was ready for school!
