The sun shone bright, a perfect day for play! Mia, a girl with bright eyes and a big smile, skipped towards the playground. Her cheerful friend, Lila, with colorful hair clips, bounced beside her.

"Woof, woof!" barked Max, a gentle puppy with a wagging tail, eager to join the fun. He loved sunny days and playing with his friends.

Mia and Lila giggled as they ran to the big, colorful swings. "Up and down, whoosh!" they chanted, their feet kicking high into the blue sky.

After swinging, they explored a grassy patch. "Look, Lila!" Mia pointed. "Soft flowers!" Their fingers gently touched the velvety petals.

Max sniffed around, finding crunchy, brown leaves. *Crunch, crunch!* went the leaves under his paws. "Listen, Max!" Lila said, giggling at the sound.

Suddenly, Lila tripped over a little root and stumbled. "Oh no!" she said, her smile turning into a sad frown. Her knee felt a little ouchy.

Mia rushed to her friend. "Are you okay, Lila?" Mia asked softly. She gave Lila a warm, comforting hug. "Soft and warm," Mia whispered.

Lila felt the soft hug and Mia's warm hand on her arm. Slowly, a little smile peeked out. "Gracias, Mia," she said, feeling much better. Friends help each other!

Soon, they were ready for more fun! They played a joyful game of peek-a-boo behind the big, leafy trees. "Peek-a-boo! I see you!" Mia called.

As the sun began to set, they sang a little song: "Friends, friends, one, two, three! Happy as can be! Amigos, amigos, you and me!" Max wagged his tail, happy too.
